1. Definitions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on dna77. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you hold more than one account, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings confiscated.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion database or have previously self-excluded from dna77. If you have self-excluded, you may not create a new account until the exclusion period has expired.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dna77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and that you have legal ownership of the funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent auditing agencies. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sporting events.

• Togel: Results are based on official draw results from recognized lottery authorities. Draw times and available markets are displayed on the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

8.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen credit cards or payment methods not registered in your name
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage

8.4 Circumvention

• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location
• Creating multiple accounts after account closure or suspension
• Registering accounts under false names or using someone else's identity

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by dna77

dna77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age
• Discovery of multiple accounts registered under your identity
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be suspended)

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalized:

• All pending bets must be settled
• All bonus funds will be forfeited
• Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method
• Closure may take up to 7 business days to process

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion:

• Your account will be locked and inaccessible

• Any attempts to create new accounts will be blocked

10. Limitation of Liability
